We’re excited to invite you to our next Community Meetup on Wednesday, August 12, from 6:30–8:00 p.m. at The Lift Workspace in Truckee.

This gathering is especially important because it’s our first public community meetup focused on the neighborhoods along the Placer County side of Highway 267 corridor, including homes in Martis Valley, Sierra Meadows, Ponderosa Palisades, Northstar, Glenshire, and surrounding areas. We know many residents in these communities have had fewer opportunities to learn about the incorporation effort—and some may not even realize they are part of the proposed Town of North Tahoe.

Whether you’ve been following this effort from the beginning or are just starting to learn about it, we’d love to have you join us.

During the evening, we’ll share:

• Where the incorporation process stands today

• What comes next, including the upcoming fiscal analysis

• How you can stay involved

• Plenty of time for your questions and conversation

Most importantly, this is an opportunity to meet neighbors and members of our executive team, hear the facts, and take part in an open community conversation about our region’s future.
